1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all users of JobHack Ltd., including both businesses and job seekers. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

  • Businesses: Use of JobHack’s platform to post job vacancies, manage recruitment, and request paid advertisements across social media and job boards.
  • Job Seekers: Free access to create profiles, search vacancies, and apply to roles on the platform.


3. Payment Terms
Businesses are invoiced for services, payable within 30 days of invoice date. Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

4. User Obligations
All users must comply with applicable UK laws, including but not limited to Employment Law, GDPR, Anti-Slavery, and Discrimination regulations.

5. Termination of Agreement
JobHack or users may terminate this Agreement at any time. For managed services, a 30-day notice period applies as per the Terms of Engagement. Users who breach these terms may face immediate termination.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers
JobHack provides its platform “as is,” with no warranty as to uninterrupted service, availability, or accuracy of job postings and candidate profiles.

7. Limitations of Liability
JobHack is not liable for:
Losses resulting from errors or omissions in postings or candidate applications.
Indirect damages, including loss of revenue or reputation.
Content posted by users or third-party interactions.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by UK law. Any disputes arising will be resolved in UK courts, following an attempt at mediation with JobHack’s Managing Director.

9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed internally, followed by mediation if necessary, before court proceedings if a resolution cannot be achieved.

10. Modifications
JobHack may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of changes via email or platform notifications.
