What inspired us?
Sure, work experience is important but...
We know that work experience can be an important factor when filling vacancies. But we also think it’s not the only thing that matters.
Often, the best people for the job are those with passion and interest for the job they want to do.
And that’s not something that comes across transparently in somebody’s CV. That’s why we allow for more flexible ways for a candidate to tell employers exactly what they’re about.
At JobHack we encourange candidates to upload a Cover Video to their profiles. This gives them an opportunity to introduce themselves and sell themselves as a potential fit for your vacancy.

What does this mean in practice?
Well, we will benchmark companies against others when it comes to their hiring process and providing coaching and training to those who need it. We will also allow candidates to rate companies on their experience of the hiring process.
